Intersted in becoming a member of Cerca Trova? Awesome! Allow me to tell you a little bit about our goals and ideals. This may end up a bit long winded. But ultimatly it may help you find if Cerca Trova is indeed the place for you. So, let's get started. The first thing you are problably wondering is who we are? Well we're an international group of players dedicated to the Age of Conan community and it's members. Who have a primary guild focus on the topics of City management, Player vs Environment, Community, Comeraderie and fun.

Our earliest goals post launch include maximizing our players base skills and understanding of the game while organizing our guild on the dual foci of personal advancement and city building at our earliest availablility. Eventually we plan on migrating into Guild PvP. But at launch such matters are individual - that is not to say we aren't PvP'ers. Simply that our BattleKeep goals are limited at launch. To help facilitate this we are broken into four distinct houses. Each house managed by a leadership staff and formed to assist prestige class players. This will ensure that we have members participant in the guild-wide goal of mastering the prestige classes. Though these houses do operate independantly while remaining part of the greater whole. Since these houses are not seperate units but instead simple management groups we can ensure the guild is properly represented in as many areas of advancement as possible - that's an important note to repeat. Not claiming a prestige class does not inhibit the operation of the guild as the leaders of the houses also serve to lead the broader guild community as a whole.

Our primary focus is to retain our historical tradition of being known as a right and proper group of players. We strive in all things we do to ensure we represent the better part of the Age of Conan community. We care deeply for our membership and operate very clearly as friends and comerades in arms. As such we do our best to ensure that despite all of our goals - to be the best and most powerful guild we can - we never forget who we are. Always willing to lend a hand to the community, ever diligent in our aims to succeed, yet also never forgetting to respect those with whom we share this game - the community. Our process is very simple - After submission of an open guest application post the recruiting leadership will review your post and accept or deny the application based on guild needs or demands of guild membership. After the initial application is submitted your forum access is advanced (And in game you are drafted as an initiate) also you are granted limited membership functions once you've wholly registered with our forums. After a period of one week from time of application acceptance (and forum registration) the membership will vote for your inclusion as a full member of the guild. Presuming no objections are raised you will from there-on ad infinitum be a member of the Proud and dedicated Cerca Trova Guild!
